no such thing as being blessed for being thin, just a strict diet to loose that extra fat and being a ripped fuck, i admit hes not very big but try to keep yourself at a 2000 calories diet a day for a month and youll probably go crazy because for your height you must eat a lot of junk food, being on a diet is a lot of dedication and its all in the head, but hey you keep eating your food and im going to eat my dry and tasteless shit and be a ripped fuck, i just love seing my beautiful abs

and your talking about cardio programs in other videos, thats why ur not building muscle.and u look skinny, ur doing to much cario and our burning ur muscle. you should know this. if u wanna build max amount of muscle do 15-20 minutes of cardio at 4 or 4.5 mph brisk walk. your gains will be substantial to what your doing now.
if u were big and didn't weigh like 170lbs then id listen to u in 5'6 18 yrs old 216lb and i can bench 355 a so on . bench doesn't mean shit but i could bet u can't even get 225 for 12 sets . good reps not locking out. u have minumul muscle eat bigger full get bigger. ur blessed with being lean thats y u have a good mid section, haha one workout with me you'll be for for a week brother.pce

Great video man,,He is 100% correct, the only way to build muscle is to push everything to failure and be focused like he said…If you are just going through the movements your shooting your self in the foot, an also what he said bout being in there for 45 mins is absolutely right too, it is completely unnecessary to be in there for 1 hr 30mins-2 hours, that will cause overtraining and injury
