    I heard that running isn't good choice for overweight person…? especially for knee… BTW, I'm about 155cm tall and 85kg in weight… and I want to loose some weight for my healthy… may I ask? how many time in a week that I should spent to do running? like 6 days in row and 1 hour per session or something?
