    I recently signed up at the Gym, normally i walk fast, about 3.2-3.5 on a star trak TM for 30 minutes. I just recently started a half ass'ed interval thing where i walk at 2.8 for 2 min, then run at 5.5 for 30 seconds. Im not lasting 30 minutes, im lasting about 20. Is this ok? Its less time but im working my ass off for sure, yes im sweating when finished. Im asking because most people are telling me at least 30 minutes. Thanks Bro
