I couldn't find a white board got a black board though!! Its awesome I swear by it and it really helps me focus on the present!! I find being under pressure and thinking about long term really gets me down, by doing this to do list it breaks everything into smaller chunks for me and I don't worry about the future because I live in the present and get things done in day! So I plan my to do list before I go to bed so I have fresh in my mind what I am going to do in that day!!
I got one today, fuck yeah! 😀
Let me first just say how thankful I am that you make these videos, they have helped me a lot. One question though, while the to do list really motivates me, what can I do if it also makes me incredibly anxious about if I can't get everything done and then (one of the things I have to do is read a book over the summer) I'll fail English and drop out of school and I don't know how but I ended up here but i spent a while worrying that I was going to die alone as a failure. I didn't mean to go into that detail, but what I mean to ask is if there is any way to get rid of the fear that accompanies the motivation. Thanks.

Lol this is my gaming channel butttt – yeah it's currently my bday and I'm crying myself to sleep. I found your channel and it's so nice to watch all your videos but I just wish I knew someone in real life to talk to and let this all out. Do you really think psychiatrist/psychologists help? Or is it something you have to over come on your own. Depression being the 'it'

i have a video request. i do not know for certain, but i am thinking i may have "bpd." could you make a video about how to deal with bpd, or, narcassism? i think i need professional help, but at the same time, i'm going through a spiritual awakening, and in a way, i almost feel like my "new" self is arriving and washing away all the old self's belief systems. perhaps a video about mental illness versus a spiritual/religious awakening would be the best version of this request. either way. whateverz. imma get a whiteboard though. i need motivation. much love.
