    please i keep getting like muscle spasms sometimes when i move or walk depending on what im doing its kind of a jolt i was on fluoxitine 6 months ago but stopped taking them before christmas and its now nearly end of jan x

    Hi,
    Am Anil from india .Please find time to read this. Happy to know they are people like you help us get out of Anxiety and panic attacks and for me it is priceless if someone help me get rid of it 🙂 .  I want to share my experience of having panic attacks.I am suffering from social anxiety and here in india many people don really  understand what we go throw but think we are retarded if i share it.Coming to the point normally in a social situation like a mall or a crowed bus  even am anxious i can easily deal with it however the mail problem is when i seat around people like my manager or while i want to give a seminar  and worst while meeting a gal by the way am in my twenties and singal !! initail 1 r 2 min ill be anxious and my mind start freaking out and i get panic attacks at this point i think i can deal with it but it get worst because i start to SWEAT LIKE HELL and my  ears start to turn red and heart run like the fastest moving jet in the world !! by this point am out of control and i will be praying to god for help .The symptom make it worst and feel i myself is embarrassing in front of otherS .I take 2 days to come out of it from the day i have a panic attack and ANXIOUS THINKING WHEN IT IS GOING TO STRIKE AGAIN :-(.

    I've dealt with depression and panic attacks since I was a teenager and I'm 38 now.
    It's been rough. I've been on several medicines, seen several counselors, tried hypnosis…..I just wanted relief.
    This past week I had a big attack and missed 3 days of work.
    The goals idea is great.
    It's like what you need to do the most is the VERY LAST thing you honestly want to do.
