    For the garlic to have its best effect don't cook it but add it to the soup just before serving. Cooking destroys the elements in garlic which have the antibiotic etc effect.

    looks great I would put a can of V8 in there for color and taste . avocado oil would boost the taste like butter would without making it fattening

    You had me at parsnips!  Lovely version of garlic soup!!!  Add a dash of cayenne pepper (FYI!).  Gotta love Youtube's random "Things You Might Like" option… I am SINCERELY making this afternoon!
