    Wow, feels great! I can feel tightness in my neck, in my shoulders, in my arms and almost everywhere part from my toes. I have shoulder instability.. wonder if this is the cause of that..

    what if we try to correct our posture without any physical exercises?
    I mean, if we just correct ourselves every moment and every time that we find ourselves in a habitual position.
    always checking ourselves. can this be treated as the time goes by. naturally?

    I tried the very first time today. I feel sooooooo comfortable! I can lie on a flat surface without having to be in pain and putting my hand under my head to reduce the pain.

    Is it normal if i feel pain at my feet soles while doing this exercices? Also my left leg starts shaking like crazy when it's geting too intense.

    Has anyone else, that did these exercises twice a day, experience any upper back pain? I've been doing the exercises for two weeks-ish now, and the pain is pretty serious but I can't tell if it a muscular pain from the exercises.. Its the kind of back pain that feels like it would go away with cracking, but I can't crack my upper back, sad face.

    I'm very skeptic that you can actually unbend a spine affect by years of forward head posture just by exercising… never seen a convincing case of success. Does anyone have some to share?
