    i eat mainly protein a day before the game and pasta, on the day 2-3 hours before the game i eat pasta and 2 slices of bread

    you dont even know what you are talking about. The WHOLE idea of pasta before work out is that it HAS TO BE WHITE PASTA, because it contains a lot of carbohydrates and healthy fats. If you use dark pasta ALL the important things of pasta for working out doesn't work. The perfect pre game meal is: White pasta, chicken, vegetables and some white bread with a pre workout protein shake and og BIG glass of water.

    Hey dude, I want to make this on saturday morning before my game, but I don't have turkey, what about canned tuna? Does that give the same protein and stuff? And also you should make Pre Training Soccer Meals, that would help heaps because normally I just get a nut and energy bar and a banana or some other fruit.
