Acne is formed by the sebum which is an hormonal oil. The sebum is under the skin which can leak through and create acne. Things that helped me were drinking 8cups of water a day, staying away from processed foods because in products like dairy they may use hormones from the cow. And if these hormones get into your body this may cause a breakout. Washing you face 2x a day and after exercising with a cleanser and the products that she mentioned in the video. Also make sure to exercise, get into the sun!
