I know what it feels like to be frustrated. The heaviness in the chest and deficiency of electrical power for existence, the numbness,the cut off feeling and the feeling of hopelessness and despair.
I know it differs from person to person as do the symptoms but I feel that the following recommendations will aid you when your feeling down.
one) Let your self truly feel sensations of depression in your overall body and permit the thoughts appear in and be there. I undoubtedly do not imply act on the thoughts but permitting them be there will start to relieve the condition and resisting it will amplify it.
2) Expend some time in silence and gently check with the sensations and thoughts what they want. Wait and see if an response comes. I feel the portion of you that is frustrated requires you to pay out attention to it. Doing so will permit you start to heal.
3) Allow your self for a moment to talk as your depression and to be your depression. Give the depression a voice and permit it have its say. What does it want? . Usually it will want you o pay out attention to it.
four) Photo your self as a child and stand in front of your child. What kind of things are you expressing to your self? Are you currently being really hard on your self? Just notice what your expressing.
These work out I feel will permit you start a make a partnership with your depression and permit it have a say. In time I feel you will start to see the reward.
