    Jil I don't know how many times I've watched this now. I've watched it again and again and again and again. I feel so connected to you cause I'm just the same. I'm just so happy that you are sharing and being genuine on here. I also struggle so much with people taking it seriously cause I've always been a bubbly, positive person. But the only days I've met people are the ones where I've felt like I could handle it so they only see the side with a bit more strength. Cutie I just want to hold you and hug you and tell you that I will protect you and that everything will be alright. I love you and we WILL get through this together!! Much love! <3 <3

    I think that it's great that you share openly and honestly what you are going through. I go through the same things, the feeling paralyzed and I sometimes have thoughts like, "I want to give to the world yet how can someone who's experiencing these things give to the world?" (and when I look at you talking about it I think, "they can" and you are, by sharing your journey). I am just the same as you where I could feel absolutely awful and cry yet if someone is around I will still have a smile for them so it would be challenging for them to understand the struggles I go through. And, although it would be such a relief to be free of this, like you I don't necessarily think it is "wrong" that I experience it. My closest friends know all this but I don't usually say things like this in a public forum but your spirit moved me to want to tell you, so I am making this comment in support of you, I am choosing to be "out there" with it purely because I want to be supportive of you.

    Ich finde es wirklich toll, dass du so ehrlich und offen bist und deine Emotionen mit sovielen teilst und so reflektiert bist. Ich finde du bist sehr gewachsen und hast dich megakrass weiter entwickelt. Es war bestimmt immer nicht einfach – meinen großen respekt ! Du kannst mit diesen Videos sovielen Menschen helfen. Vitamin D ist wiiiiirklich soo wichtig !Ich hoffe es geht dir bald besser. wünsche dir alles gute für die Zukunft!!

    The JJGratitudeBook is such a great start babe. It helps you keep grounded to life and put things in perspective and not totally close yourself into depression <3 Also can I just say your hair is glowing !!! probably thats a reflection of your self love and efforts towards you little gem !! yoou'll get through !! and call me whenever you want to talk about stuff or just anything else that could distract your mind from it !!! start something new, travel !!! Australia cured mine babe !! took time but you'll get through, love you <3

    Some time ago you made a video about heartbreak and accepting the change that was to come with that. That video resonated with me, just like this one. Everything you have talked about in this video sounds like you ripped out of my own life. It has been months since that time and things have gotten so much better. Your words in that video were just as uplifting as in this one. The anxiety and depression creep up every once in while, in waves really, but like you said, all one can do is try their best to be optimistic about what is ahead. Just as my life will get better (which it has to some extent) your life will be as well. I truly believe that. So keep on smiling with that gorgeous smile, just as I will look towards the future with optimistic eyes. Even in the dark times we will persevere. Thank you for the effort you make to talk to us. Your videos have made a difference. For me at least.

    I always appreciate honesty. It's something that really hard to find in this world. So when you sit in front of that camera and you are being yourself, being honest with us without any expectations, just purely give us yourself, well girl this is the most bravest thing. I just feel like I want to give you a big hug like a sister. I send you a lot of love! I don't know if it helps for you, but for me travelling is really helpful, or just going out, back to nature, without any people or the sounds of the city. Wish you all the best!

    none knows better, but the person who has been though panic attacks. My advise as someone who has been through panic disorder (not sure what it is called, but same thing) – open up. Learn to love the "part" of you that is the panic attacks, that causes them, etc. Learn to accept it. And if you don't like something/ someone/ some place – accept that. Once you learn to accept yourself you would learn to truly love yourself and then you would never let the fear defeat you:) Kisses hugs and also – find people to hug, genuine people who are not afraid to cry, scream, yell, shout – we are all humans after all and all need a way to let it out. FInd yours!

    Your vulnerability is so beautiful, Jill. Thank you for sharing! I can definitely relate with just wanting to live life and not deal with a chronic illness or anxiety/depression. I think that knowing that I am learning and growing as a person really helps me to keep going and be resilient. I can also relate with other people brushing it off and saying that you're fine. Sometimes we just need to feel validated and yeah maybe just a hug! Stay optimistic girl <3

    Wow!! Wunderbares Video, ich finde es so beeindruckend, dass du damit in die Öffentlichkeit gehst und ich finde es auch unglaublich wichtig! Du sprichst mir zu 1000% aus der Seele!! Viele denken gar nicht wie schlecht es einem geht, weil man stark und "glücklich" aussieht, aber innerlich zerbricht man. Ich wünsche dir alles alles liebe und bleib stark <3

    Wow. Honestly that's the first word that came to my mind when l was done watching this.
    Depression and anxiety is hard in so many ways, and I think you talked about this subject beautifully.
    I myself as a person dealing with both anxiety and depression often get questions like "How does it feel?" Or even "Can you explain what it is? I don't understand" … And I struggle so much trying to answer them. I think it's very, very common for people dealing with any kind of mental illness to feel misunderstood by the people in our surroundings. Sometimes people simply won't understand even if we try our best to explain how it is, and it can be so frustrating.. And in those moments it's actually very calming to know YOUR NOT ALONE! ❤️
    So that's why I'm so thankful for this, please keep doing this kind of videos because I'm sure I'm not the only one feeling this way❤️ Thank you so, so much honestly ❤️
