Very cool video and info………!!!
So glad I found you my friend … you came into my life at the right time… ive got to go right now and de clutter , then catch up on your other 600+ videos…
Ka, your videos are so inspiring, keep up the good work, regards from Holland to you and all your beloved ones….
Ka Sundance have you ever seen the film The Pianist? It taught me all I needed to know about being attached to STUFF. If I can't pack it all in the back of my station wagon then I have too much. Someday I'll convince my husband to give up the idea of a house and buy a gypsy wagon. People imagine we need to have emergency food and water. Well I'm here to say you'd be amazed what the human body can do without when you have no other choice. Thanks for the video.
don't be afraid 🙂 My sister got travel insurance when she went to africa. I do not know what it's like in Poland but I'll probably get a little bit of insurance. If I was travelling to a developing nation I'd get travel insurance.
love you guys
Thanks good info sending your family love.. xo..
thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ..for this advice …
Nice time for this video in my life, I am checking my summer clothing and I found some I didnt wear around one-two years 😉 But still cant say bye bye them haha….thank you!
I just watched this for my 2nd time. I need this advice and support. Thank you. What about sentimental items. We have LOTS. How to deal with that aspect?
I am sorry if this question is too personal but do you subscribe to travel insurance? I know travel insurances exploit our fear-based mindset so I guess you probably didn't subscribe to any, but I just wanted to know because I am about to leave Belgium and I forgot to subscribe to a travel insurance one month before my departure, so now I will travel without any travel insurance for some months and I am afraid because of that.
@Spanisheyes27 I think Ka misunderstood what you said. You weren't planning for an emergency but rather realising what would matter to you if there was one I think. In any case, I'm with you, that helps in the process of thinking "what should I keep?"
Hey Ka, I love your videos, I think they're great! I was wondering, do you or your kids ever want to have a pet in the family, such as a dog? I'm sure it would be harder to travel that way though.
Thank you 🙂 Way less tv is what I'm striving for. I personally watch maybe 1 hour per day. You set a great example!!! Thank you for bring such a great leader. Also, there seems to be a lot of TV watching in the UNSCHOOLING community. Or they're just not against it. We are unschooling, but I'd like to not do TV. Thank you again! Bless
Sorry, but did you listen?
We do not think that we need to prepare for any emergency. This is fear-based thinking of lack, which we do not believe in.
We choose to experience the reality that there is always enough of everything.
Wow, this was so enlightening, I have slowly begun de-cluttering my things, I just tell myself if there ever was an emergency or some other fear based thought process would I really stop to ponder whether I need the item as I might have to travel on foot, will I want to carry a "box of papers" or a "dresser of clothes" for example, Nooo, I think not. Thanks Ka (New subscriber).
Thank you Ka. This is beautiful. <3

Great tips at just the perfect time for me as I am about to leave. Thanks Ka.
We do NOT watch any TV. Kids never have. We do not like comercials and the little teaser they show for the evening movies that are very often fearful and crazy.
We watch every once in a while animal documntaries or some old, slow disney movies. The new stuff is edited wayyy to fast…
I can't even explain how much I love you and your channel. You're a true inspiration ♥
Thank you for your response!!! Do any of you watch TV or video? Our children do. I've often thought of getting rid of cable, but maybe tv isn't so bad if its not taking up too much time.
Just wondering since you said you dont storage …. How are you prepared in case of an emergency? power outage ? food storage? water storage? ☺ great video…
4 out of 8 suitcases we own is just toys. Our kids are into lego, schleich animals and they are artists and love to paint. So this takes up a lot of our space.
The 2nd biggest item is our"mobile kitchen" with blender and superfoods. 3rd is business stuff like laptop, cameras, tripod etc. As we are traveling always to warm countries we do NOT need a lot of clothes
Wise words! Great video. 🙂
Because I have children with STUFF I'm curious how you do TOYS and other stuff with your children. Also, do they watch TV or DVDs? Thank you!
I love this. I'm almost without words because thoughts are crowding my mind. So many words for a comment. My life is VERY cluttered with old stuff I don't need. So hard to let go. It represents my life. Letting go of a piece of my life feels wrong. But I would feel better if I did I'm sure.
"The Mindset of Lack". So true. My parents were both children of the Great Depression. And their lives reflected it. My mom was the saver; as you said she held on to things because at some time or another she was convinced she would find a use for them. My dad pinched pennies until they screamed for mercy. They accomplished much with these approaches, but I am left with the task of creating a new mindset…eliminate clutter by letting things go. Great video Ka.
its kinda crazy, youtube shows ads for Rx medicine before your video…seems so incongruent
I needed this reminder today! Thank you!
By letting go of the ones we live in with no hesitation or regret….
😉
How do you find all your homes to rent?
I did some of that earlier today, too many clothes that I have not worn…ever. I'm going to donate them. Also some books.
I think in my heart, that Cancer comes from people telling lies, to other people and themselves, it's sad to think of it but if people would only let go of the lies, admit their lies, they would be healthier.
Thanks for sharing! Nice place you have there.
You are correct. We have let go, but we have journals, tapes etc. that we love. I have left and given away plenty, and I plan to give away more, when we move to Thailand. GIVE IT AWAY!
I have been working hard to declutter my life, and my family has been doing the same….it's tough work. I realize how much I cling to things I don't need, nor use.
This video is good timing for me. Thanks for sharing this. Be well…
very wonderful message, and so true, thanks
your house is lovely.
