    um..does this help with side fat and what other exercises help with love handles or can you just do this all the time and then lose weight thank you bye.

    What the hell kind of bicycle requires you to kick your feet out like that with every pedal stroke? Your cranks must be like 2 feet long each.

    About four days ago I was doing bicycle abs exercises when I heard a POPPING noise on my right knee, it did not hurt but the popping went on every time I bent my knee.
    Then the next day I felt slight pain not much and now in the fourth day I can see that my knee is a little bit swollen:(

    what could it be??

    It's funny how everybody thinks they know how to do these.  I came here to see the proper form for maximum effect.  I read bicycle crunches are one of the best exercises for abs.

    whenever i shift my legs up and down, i hear a clicking noise nearing my right hip joint. doesn't hurt, but it gets annoying. anyone else experience it?

    My god, who is this gorgeous woman?  Toned and strong but still feminine, zero makeup, hair in a simple ponytail…natural stunner!  Not to mention that her form and instructions for this exercise are flawless, to begin with.  More, please!

    Well, yes, Alex54, but spot reduction is impossible. trust me. Take it from someone who got  10 pack abs doing it the right way. Spot reduction is impossible; of course your body will gain the muscle by training that area of the body, but it will NEVER show unless you lose that thin layer of body fat. The best ways to lose fat all together is to do HIIT or cardio. HIIT can be weight lifting etc and cardio could be anything from running to swimming or even biking

    apparently this is the most effective form of exercise for your rectus abdominis and took 2nd place in oblique exercises according to ''EMG'' studies,
    can anyone verify this ?
    If that's the case i'll make sure to always include it in my workouts :)

    Thank you for including the details, like lowering the legs to increase difficulty, and putting your hands at the side of your head, not behind your neck (which can damage the neck).  Well done.
