Congratulations on your weight loss!! However sounds like cutting everything out of your life forever seems very unrealistic. I have lost 60 lbs the good ole natural way too but everyone has to have a cheap day. To never go out to eat ever just sounds nuts!! I'm glad it worked for you and hope you keep if off. Clean eating and exercise will definitely make you loose weight but a cheap day is a must (only my opinion) congrats again! :)

I'm vegan and I lost 50 lbs. by a high carb low fat vegan. I love carbs and sugar my blood lvls are perfect. I did weigh 160 now I weigh 109! Ben vegan for 1 year and going to stay vegan till I die! I hope you do the same
