Remain Strong. Maintain Staying YOU

These videos are intended to breakdown the stigma of mental illness and consider a little bit of a lighter solution to recovery. Psychological health and fitness does not only entail the intellect but has a immediate correlation with the body. I do my best to make videos that describe treatment options that can support both the intellect and body even though earning them enjoyable and motivational. My main focus on this channel is despair and anxiousness given that I experience both individually.

Let us battle the stigma with each other. You have the power to conquer what ever you could be battling with at this unique minute in time. In no way give up. In no way surrender.

My professor called this timed writing, he would give us 3 minute, sometimes one minute to write anything that comes to our mind, I still do it from time to time and it's really helpful

I LOVE FREEWRITING!!! I love ANY writing! I have two huge, plastic storage tubs FULL of old notebooks. Some even from HIGH SCHOOL! I graduated 19 years ago, and I still have this shit! I'm almost afraid to go back and re-read them. I'd probably end up calling the police on MYSELF! "Yeah, can you come get me? I think I may be posing a danger to… everything…" LOL!!!

Thank you for this. I'm learning more and more about journaling, but I have difficulty getting all that I want to say out on paper. Sometimes, it feels like my brain is moving so much faster than what I am able to write down on paper.A lot of it is pent up emotion, And, yes, a lot of cursing, lol!

I actually use Wattpad to write a journal. i write what mental illness stood out, what emotions I felt etc. I have been doing this for 2 weeks now. Also my friends read it so they get to know me better.

This almost sounds like how I randomly text my friends. Some of them think I'm weird. Some play into and we end up having some really messed up conversations… but it's fun.

I find free-writing helps me remember the process. It can be easy to forget the little things and steps you took to get you where you are so I try to pause and reflect. It has helped me a lot through transitions in my life.

I free write almost everyday and it felt better, especially when I write about my feelings, talking about my depression and anxiety. Basically, anything! And that keeps me away from suicidal thoughts.

    Thank you Scott. :)
