It was very awkward and I couldn't get a peak contraction when I was laying down doing the crunch type bicep workout and I felt the contraction in the tendons just below my bicep also I need that grip on a dumbell to get a good contraction I have weak wrists and I can't exert that much strength putting so much weight down on my wrists so yes I have excuses

ive been lifting for a good 3 months now and all i seem to gain is tone and i know that it takes time but its really discourageing i just started watching your workouts and ive been so sore i need to follow these work out and get my work out regimine and diet better and tips beacause i don't do zupplemints or protein shakes i will ussually do natural proteins such as nut and meats
