Kaija’s Food Approach (March 04, 2010):

Breakfast :
Just over a cup of complete grain, substantial fibre cereal
one cup of skim or soy milk
three/four cup of yogurt
one/two of a banana

Snack:
one orange
twelve almonds

Lunch:
four slices of french bread (with two tbsp of gentle cream cheese & two oz of smoked salmon)
Most of the plate is crammed up with greens
Vinaigrette dressing

Afternoon Snack:
one/two cup of newborn carrots
one/three cup of hummus

Supper:
Whole wheat Pasta with prawns/shrimp

-recommended sodium consumption = 1500 mg/working day
-tip: by no means skip breakfast
-tip: breakfast kickstarts rate of metabolism
-tip: consume each and every two.5 to three hrs
-food prepare: three meals, two snacks/working day
-food prepare: 58 g excess fat/working day
