    hey . so I'm 16 i have been dealing with a weight problem right now I'm in the 200 to 210 mark in that era. i usually drink water , in the morning i eat quakers oatmeal with skim milk . but then i go on the scale and i gain bout 2 or 3 pounds . i usually do i lot of walking and also i go to the gym when i go to the gym i usually would do every other day . and for lunch i usually would sometimes have subway. but mostly is i want to lose weight and water weight to . do u have any suggestions and foods and time to eat foods and etc.
