How Do You Establish Muscle: Suggestion 4 – Steroids vs All-natural Training

http://www.sebastianmaclean.com/transformation Ever question, “How do you build muscle mass?”. To get even bigger, more robust muscle mass, purely natural bodybuilders need to have to coach and try to eat differently from steroid using bodybuilders. Sebastian MacLean clarifies in his movie and textual content primarily based purely natural muscle mass constructing ideas. Get much more of these at the connection in this description.

p.s try it, pick a muscle group, drop the weight down to a point were you can hold your frame steady and then lift the weight to upright position, squeeze, then lower at resistance all the way and repeat without relaxing for 8-12 without relaxing… do that and you will fuck that muscle up, it will feal like its going to explode. Compounds are handy, I do them for my legs but the upper body requires targeted work for each muscle and each seperation to make everything pop.

The picture I see is from your thumbnail. Great, if that works for you then fine. But it a long life brother, you have to ask yourself are you planning on doing this for 5, 10 20 years or for life. I see people grinding away with the big weights and I think they are waisting their time and their joints. The way I train its safe, it makes you fitter and it makes the muscle groups pop out… in my humble opinion.
    Respect.

@built04Cobra + I have always got plenty of mass from training for resistence, my arms easily sit at 18 inches cold which is about as big as a lean guy of 5'7 who takes nothing not even creatine is going to get (more or less), and I do this without hammering my joints with excess weight. 25 years of lifting and I have zero injuries because I hammer the muscle, not the joints.

@built04Cobra suppose it depends on what you are aiming for. I dont like the big stalky look, 1984 – rambo 2 is to me the ultimate look. I want to look lean and strong so I avoid big heavy back excersises and I limit the weight I put on my chest. Being lean and hard is to me more important than anything so tension for 8-12 or even 17 reps is key, and I always train for the pump, the aim is by the second set. Like you I go high rep in set no.1 to get the juices flowing.

@built04Cobra I have noticed that. I am 40 and have been training since I was 15 all natural. I always train for the pump I dont understand any other way to do it also I train for resistance not extream weight which I think is dumb. So no I have to disagree with much of what you say.

one of the more neutral vids. Most vids of natural bodybuilders go something like "STEROIDS WILL KILL YOUR CHILDREN, CAUSE AIDS TO SMALL COUNTRIES AND GIVE YOU CANCER"

never inject powerfull hormones into your body its stupid guys like ronnie coleman and most the pros are all heart attacks waiting to happen the human heart and body is not designed to manage a body that size these men you see in the mags and on tv are NOT HEALTHY

You make a great point most people don't realize. When I am on cycle I always do burnout sets at the end to push the gains. Not on cycle there is noway to do this without becoming exhausted and losing reps off next lift. For example when off cycle on inclines for example I use sets of 10,8,6,4,6. On cycle I use 12,10,8,6,16. If I tried that off cycle I would just burnout and be toning muscles as opposed to making gains. Great video though.

I believe you can get up on stage with an incredible physique, drug free. As for my program, there are just the two months and that's it. You'll have the whole thing. Good luck either way. 🙂

Yes the owner of a gym I went to took steroids to the point of abuse! In the end he used to sit in the gym in a top hat and cane totally out of his mind!

  12. Sure

Sweet potatoes, eggs, rice, vegetables, and protein powder.
If you want to gain more muscle eat 1-2g of protein per pound of weight per day. ex. 195Ibs should eat 195g or 390g of protein.

I'm not saying high weight only for natural guys. What I'm suggesting is that you ned both high and low. In contrast a steroid user needs to be cautious about heavy lifting for the sake their ligament tissues. Steroid users also tend to do better with exclusively high rep training than natural guys.

  14. Sebastian MacLean

Steroids provide a ready made anabolic environment. However, they also increase the risk of ligament and tendon damage, since the muscle can strengthen faster than the connective tissue. This makes sets that involve reps as high as 10 to 15 a safer bet, without slowing growth and ensuring less injury. A steroid charged anabolic environment responds to high rep training and still produce a muscle growth result. Natural training depends on both low and high reps for growth and cell volumization.

In reference to your own words, "The training is only different, because of how your body reacts." That is essentially my point. Natural bodybuilders are not going to get the same reaction to high rep training as a steroid user. Going for the pump can work toward assisting with muscle growth for a steroid user, but it won't work so well for a guy that is clean. Clean guys must use heavier weight to force growth. Power lifting on steroids is a different issue, as the goal is power, not growth.

  16. Jack Adams

I disagree with you. The training is only different, because of how your body reacts. If a power lifter uses steroids, why would they use higher reps? I'd think they'd use more weight.

It's your goals and how your body reacts to the stimulus. You need to lift and figure that out on your own.
