    Here is how you actually do it-
    You lie down like she described , then you do whatevers necessary to get a boner. Then you use the power of your boner to lift your body up from the ground.
    And thats how you do the superdick!

    why is it okay to hyperextend your back here but not in the 'back extension' exercise? i've been hyperextending with both for years to no ill effect, but i'm pretty young and would hate to think i'm setting myself up for an injury down the line….

    How does anyone feel about holding a superman for 45 to 90 seconds the same way you hold a plank? I do the superman this way. Was I taught it by an idiot or not?
