    In each descriptive video of each punch I show how to throw it with power. Start with video #3 on the boxing list, then work your way beyong that and you'll get some good tips. I'll work on getting another video up there soon as well.

    I used to do crap loads of benching and achieved a max higher than double body weight. Sounds cool, but I never gained much size. I started researching natural lifting and using lower rep, high set workouts and was able to get much more size and volume. I also feel much better on a day to day basis. I do these type of push ups using very slow motion and have received fantastic results. CONCENTRATE ON THE COMPRESSION!
