    I am 50 something and out of shape. I used to be the fittest person in school and for most of my young adult life. But for the last 10 years or so I slowly allowed myself to gain more and more weight. I decided I wanted to get God's Sanctuary back into shape but with out extreme workouts. I found your website and love it because there are so many varieties of 15 – 20 min. warm ups, cardio, weights & stretch workouts for every age and shape out there and they are actually fun to do. And I can switch them up so that I don't get bored doing the same workout every day. And I especially like the encouraging and inspirational signs that you post through out the videos; they really do inspire me to take charge of my body. God bless you guys and gals for helping so many of us take our health back! Amen? Woohoo!

    I do this one after the beginner dumbbell routine and the dynamic stretch before. I have been having a horrible time with leg and foot cramps for a couple of years now, and since doing these exercises I've hardly experienced any.

    Hi Josh, Wanted to check something with you about the first stretch in this program – the one-leg quad-stretch. When I was at College (university) doing my 4 year degree program to become a PE Teacher, I was taught to NOT to hold the back foot (and stretch this), but rather hold your ankle to maintain better support. This still stretches the quads just as much whilst ensuring you doing over-stretch (and injure) your foot. I appreciate that this as a long time ago and that your methods are very much based on latest science. Just wanted to know what was 'correct'?

    This guy needs to understand that he is doing a presentation with sound. One never ever does any kind of presentation without some kind of sound absorber. Simple drapes would work. I like his presentation (this and others). I bought his iphone app. Problem is I can listen to him for about 60 seconds. He does not have a good voice and it reverberates off the walls. I'm done with him. If he is this clueless on how to do a simple presentation, how do I know he knows anything else.

    +HASfit The exercises from 13.40 are difficult my hands cant even reach my knees and i can feel a pain in my abs and back plus my legs… anything I can do to improve? Thanks

    Really enjoyed this and all of your videos. Only suggestion would be more relaxing music as stretching supposed to be the cool down. I think a good reason for working out is the calm of mind and inner peace it provides. I think relaxing music would help the muscles and mind relax.
