proceced food, flour, exp bread, cake, and more. ive found a protein waffles that are delicious and nutricious.
Actually i feel food's one of the main factors that cause acne.. I had severe cystic acne in the past and after eliminating dairy from my diet my skin cleared up significantly. I tried going back to consuming dairy again and as expected, my skin blew up in inflamed painful pimples and whiteheads. Never again lol
Could someone elaborate on the serum and spot serum? What exactly do they mean, like essence?

This was really helpful but I have really oily skin so i wish they had talked about that. I have tried lots of things to lessen the oil but nothing helps. ;(

This was useless, basically be kind to your skin and eat healthy.. well duh..
Nope… My skin is too complicated. All the things I use for my pimples/acne do work BUT they dry up my skin causing it to be irritated. So I just use a moisturizer right? I use the moisturizers… But they make me break out. I have tried 3 or more different moisturizers and couldn't find one that doesn't make me break out so much… And I need one without a strong scent due to my allergy to strong scents or perfume kinda smell…
Shout to that blank pages on the orange book and the girl with only 1 or 2 pimples.. You guys are truly inspiring and helpful.
