You are influential, persuasive and obviously educated. I have always felt dehydrated after sweating profusely in the hot summer weather, having drank 64+ ounces of coffee almost every day and before I drank water for the rest of the day. Is drinking and sweating gallons of coffee, water and frozen yogurt / fruit smoothies each and every day healthy?
