Totally right on the bogus diets and brain washing from the media and American food companies. Also great job with your weight loss! You're a very beautiful woman. I have been doing intermediate fasting for about 8 months and have lost 60 pounds. Iv noticed the weight stays off as well. All other diets and healthy foods Iv tried never works or keeps weight off if I cheat. With this it does work and if I decide to eat some junk food for a day or two I don't see any weight gain. Just slows the weight loss down a little.

I wish people quit calling starving, fasting. Fasting is a spiritual thing between Yourself and God. Not eating to lose weight is Starving.

Hi Hannah.. okay I'm new to IF. I notice that I'm losing weight while doing whatever im doing .I'm having a hard time understanding if I am IF or not..I eat once a day at lunch time Mon-Fr. at 11 and I eat whatever I want. I eat nothing the rest of the day..On the weekends I eat light..and workout 30 mins or more if I'm into it. Do you consider eating once a day IF?
Did you have issues with loose skin around the stomach? (I noticed the last shows you with a shirt on) Did it affect your breasts at all as far as firmness?

Common sense here. I used to eat in the morning because I thought I had to. Then, as a coffee drinker I only ate not to have coffee on an empty stomach. Point here. I was never hungry in the morning. Off caffeine now and it is actually liberating to wait until I get hungry in the morning lol. And then I'll have some bananas and apples. It is my fave combination. Also coffee supressed my natural hunger. So now I'm totally enjoying getting my natural hunger signals restored. But I wasn't consciously doing IF
