Hi Joy!  what about canned beans that are organic and are marked "no BPA lining"?  I use canned organic black beans for my hummus recipe (cause black beans in particular take forever to cook!).  Let me know,
    Thanks!

Just found your videos and I am trying to catch up on watching them all. And you are so correct that our bodies were never meant to eat foods that are man made, my son at an early age was found his A D D was brouhgt on by his eating of artificial  food colors and and flavorings the brain can't absorb, examples , Kool Ade , hot dogs, ketchup, 99% of candies, Jello, and even tooth paste to name only a few. After eliminating these from his diet,we found many healthy substitutions for hiim to enjoy. His third grade teachers all thought he was now taking medication.we are now firm believers of eating as natural as we can. Keep up the good work

I always add a little splenda to my I can't believe its not butter with catsup. But really, catsup is really easy to make and actually tastes better than the store bought stuff!

Overall, I do like your videos…however, canned sardines, wild salmon and other fatty fish are very very healthful, just saying–so not ALL canned foods are bad for you…IF you eat fish, which I do. But will look forward to more of your videos.

while i inherently have no problems with your advice, you're going to need a more compelling argument for food #2. "food should not be manufactured in a lab" is not a compelling reason for its health, especially if scientific research does not suggest it is less healthy. that is not to say that you aren't dead accurate about other points you make, because you are (e.g., that ketchup is nothing but sugar and salt and terrible for you)
