if u use sugar you are more then likely withdrawing from both sugar and caffeine which is brutal. So when you are quitting coffee, make sure your getting the brain moving into using natural sugar from your favorite 100% juice drinks. This way as your coming down from cane sugar, at least your brain is starting to kick in using the natural sugar. In the morning i had my coffee, an hour later I guzzle tropicana oj. Then I have apple juice, then I get my second coffee. Tons of water etc, good luck
cup of water please. I drank 3 large coffees a day for 21 years. This poisonous pesticide drug must be taken seriously and take a long time people to come off. I kept withdrawing bad. I quit by then going to 2 large then a med for a week. 2L 1S, then following week large when get up, then med. You get the pattern, until i got to two small a day. Regular small then on the second small mix half decaff and caff. Mean while with the cut back on coffee, liquids should b water oj apple juice proteinDK

yea i drink about more than 2 liters a day i dont get headaches i get migraines i dont have a regular sleep schedule and i hate water & i dont have much of anything else to drink at the moment so… yay gonna go through another terrible caffine withdrawal
That's right. I had headaches when I dropped the caffeine all together and drank loads of water to combat the withdrawal symptoms. I've been caffeine free for almost a year now. Yay. :).

heres a good tip. lets say you drink 3 cups a of coffee a day. the next day, you drink
2 1/2 cups. keep lowering the amount of caffeine you drink each day. if this works for you, thumb it up so it will stay at the top and help others.
