    Deadlifts are not the a good workout for fatburning. It is the workout that burns a person out the most and causes them to eat a lot more to gain that energy back. All the bodybuilders I know at our gyms stay away from deadlift when they're cutting. Seriously, dont consider doing deadlifts when you want to lose weight.

    im 6'6'' with long femurs. since i started dragging the bar up and down my leg, going slowly of course, i've finally been able to keep deadlifting in my routine permanently.

    Shame on you, Mike! I watched you when I was a beginner and you inspired me. However, this is the worst tutorial for deadlifting I have ever seen. SMH!

    First of all the fact that mike demonstrated the deadlift with 95 pounds is just sad plus the weight he lifts at the beginning was with the ugliest form I've ever seen in my life

    Don't watch this shit, Elliot Hulse / Candito Training and many other great youtube strength trainers will show you correct form and are passionate about helping, not selling shit that doesn't work.

    Bad form…the bar shouldn't touch your thighs, except at the very top of the lift. Also, the bar is meant to go straight up and down, and not move forwards and backwards at all. 

    Honestly dude, you are going to be responsible for a whole lot of injuries and bad form in gyms, as well as people who might be ready to go to the gym, giving up after hurting themselves with these videos. 

    I can't wait til Elgin Mones tears this apart.
