Right, low impact is why I cycle. I'm getting a bike soon and i've been cycling in the gym to prepare my legs. As I get in better shape i'll mix in some running but really I just want to keep the wear and tear on my joints at a minimum.

Is spinning on cycling machine really burn fats and loose tummy? Coz what i see it only works on the upper body especially the leg areas. I've having knee problem so i cant use treadmill. So everytime when i'm at the gym, the only 2 things i did are cross trainer and cycling. I wanna loose some weight and reduce a bit of my tummy. Correct me if im wrong.
