    Posture of course is fundamental. My sincere compliments for your videos.
    In walking (and of course in running) it would be important to avoid heel first and adopting landing on midfoot/forefoot. 1-8 yrs old children walk and run that way naturally > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jCXohKKyuZI
    Another important thing is avoiding the use of shoes with heels; with heels of 0.5 inch the head moves forward 0.5 x 14 = 7 inches approximately, if posture muscles wouldn't intervene. Consequently wearing heeled shoes causes a costant sensible muscular stress. Nature has given us flat soles. Do we think to be wiser than Nature?

    Another great video! It's just a complete breath of fresh air to listen to you! I can only become more energetic, motivated and possitive from your videos. Like I just wrote to another one of your videos, I've got tendinitis in 8 tendons at the same time and can't walk because of tendinopathy in the patellar tendon and achilles tendon, so I have to really stress out and use greens as my medication right now in order to recover from this. Thanks a lot for posting. You have an awesome day too!

    Great video, as always! I appreciate the walking tip. I'm 36 and athletic, but still struggle with walking in a way that doesn't contribute to bad posture and dysfunction. (Also, I've been trying to eat more like a fish;-)
