    i notice my coritsol sht is high af in the morning even after I eat carbs to curve it I get so mad for some reason a few hours after waking. It's like omg… I wont even be mad or nothing then all of a sudden I just start getting really irritated for no reason. Hours later I'm calm as fuck. I can tell it' s hormonal. I read onl;ine cortisol is highest in the AM nothing calms me down. I don' t get mad to the point of punching holes in walls but I can' t think of function right mentally like my body feels like threatened and feels like its got to get rdy to fight something even though nothing will be there. I take it easy or wait it out in the early wee hours…I wish there was a way to drop this quicker than just waiting that irritating feeling to fade

    I'm training with weights 5-6 times /week. Fucking hate cardio. 😀 I do split program:
    Back/Triceps
    Legs
    Chest/shoulders
    Abs/Biceps
    I think I am overtraining, but I don't train longer then 45-60 minutes. I like lifting weights very much and I hate "rest day's" I eat 2500-2700 clean calories per day. In the last 2 month i have gain 7 kg. My belly become wider and fatter. My friend was saying me that my face became rounder and "fatter". I don't know what to do… Should i stop training for example 1 week? I am afraid that my metabolism go's down and I became more fatter.

    Cortisol is not the opposite of testosterone. Its an hormone released when your blood sugar levels are getting low due to high demand from your muscles replenishing glycogen stores OR low glucose input from food digestion & burning fat. Its needed for gluconeogenesis (breakdown amino acids / proteins). If you eat a lot of protein, your blood is flowing with aminos so cortisol will break those down for energy (producing glucose for the muscles). Its low blood sugar stress, not psychological!

    Ofcourse, sleep is of utmost importance, mate! Make sure you take like 8+ hours of sleep, tight, good, hard sleep. But do not take medicine sht for this problem of yours. Try some natural treatment if such option exists. Most importantly, do not neglect the sleep.If you have like 4-5-6 hrs of sleep per night, how can you even think you gonna train the next day? -mission impossible. So train hard, sleep hard, and as the folks here say – CORE POWER OVER BITCHES! BIG Up for the video!

    I have a question. When you say don't work out back to back days does that mean just weight lifting? Like, can I lift weights one day and the next just do cardio? Is that okay? Or should the next day be no exercise at all?

    @MrBiloDoh well pretty much yeah. If you do an hour it wont hurt, but if you do cardio 2 hours staright you hot all kinds of cortisol pumping in your body
