Thank you so much for your tips.  I really never thought much about going in the store and buying synthetic hair to do some type of style.  I never would have thought  the hair contains chemicals that may be harmful to my health.  My fav is #6 I want my hair to be __ length.  Yes! Speak those things as though they were Romans 4:17.  This is an awesome video.  Keep up the good work.

May the Lord bless you for sharing your techniques. Your hair is simply gorgeous! How did you achieve such an awesome length?
I had my last perm in 2001. When I had a perm and during some of my
transitioning, my hair was down my back. I let most of the perm grow out
and what little was left of the permed ends, I let my stylist clip.
This was many years ago… 2006 or so. I've been totally natural for
many years now and unfortunately, I cannot seem to achieve the length I
once had. This is very discouraging, I truly thought that not using
chemicals would be more beneficial, thus growing a head of long healthy
hair Every time I visit my stylist to get my ends trimmed (every 6-8
weeks) my hair seems to be getting shorter. Between trims, I wash deep
condition, use oils and nothing seems to be working. Please help!!

    Blessings,

You said low porosity hair sinks and high porosity hair floats???? Its the contrary… Low porosity hair is hair that has tigh cuticules. This particularity makes it harder for the water to get in . Thats why low porosity floats when we put it in water….

I'll explain why they strip. It depletes us of REAL nutrients so that we can get sick, and so have to use the medical system (BIG BUSINESS). Just saying it like it is.

07:08 "What are they selling us and why are they selling us this stuff". That touched me. I'm glad that you're enlightening us not just about our hair but bigger issues in society; especially race related. I always enjoy watching your vlogs and look forward to learning more about how to take care of my natural hair and the society in which we live in. God bless you

Water is not a moisturizer. It is a wetting agent enabling your hair to open to receipt of products that moisturizer like butters! Please, stop the miseducation! Water is a universal solvent! If it were a moisturizer, then we certainly would not need lotion!

I am truly inspired by watching this video it makes sense. I belive it. I also see that not only have you grown your hair long, you have grown your 2 daughters hair long. I been on the website and I will be buying the hair soap. Im learning how to care for my hair and I realize I have soft fine hair, My hair breaks with perms, hair dyes, and strong protien treatments. My daughter is a infant she has thick hair that when I comb her hair she starts crying after conditioning it shrinks up wihin hours and becomes dry. I usually wet her hair before I do anything to her hair then I put conditioner on her hair then I comb it. Some people have told me she has bad hair. I say no my daughter hasnt found the right product for her hair. I belive everyone can have great hair with the right products. You truly are a inspiration and have changed my insight on hair.

Synopsis:  know your hair's  curl pattern, strand diameter, porosity, density, protein sensitivity, and make note of you hair and scalp's reaction to certain types of products. MOST OF ALL Watch out what you wash you're hair with, it could make or break your hair. Wash it in sections. Condition. Rinse out all the conditioner. Finger-comb so curls clump instead of tangle. Don't let hair accessories or "crazy clothes" rub against and pull your hair or constrict your scalp. Instead tie a scarf around your neck to hang down your back so that your hair rubs against the smooth scarf or your bare back instead of catching on the clothes. Keep your regimen simple and your products natural so that its easier to track what works and your hair can detox. Eat whole food like nuts and other complex proteins with naturally-occurring vitamins and minerals and avoid processed/junk food. Leave your hair alone for a couple of days. You don't need the latest cut or style. Speak your hair goals and keep a positive attitude that you will reach your goal love YOUR hair. Drink water and moisturize with water, seal it with a butter, and lightly oil scalp. Knots are natural, just separate them gently, or snip out those knotted strands so they don't catch other hairs. Have a go-to style or two that suits you, not what looks good on somebody else. Next step, visit Moorket.com and get on track to truly healthy hair! Thumbs up!
