    This was absolutely brilliant.  Been suffering from PMT tenderness for some time and when I did your exercises in just a short time…Wow they felt great.  Wish I had discovered you before.  I will definitely stayed tuned!

    30 minutes would be great. You could even shorten that time if you needed, 15 minutes would also be beneficial.
    If you start to feel dizzy or have any soreness from the massage, I recommend you cut back the time.

    I do these exercises standing or sitting up. Otherwise my elbows and arms are blocked by the mattress.
    If that's not a problem for you, go for it, lay down. (but don't go to sleep…till you're done :-)

    Thanks Mdm kelly for sharing this video.the techniques I'm looking for in breast massage i found it your vid. I'm actually doing a massage using olive oil but no result..I will start to apply your techniques hope this will help.I do have an irregular monthly period..and i noticed my boos too will get smaller if i don't have any visit of my periods.more power.thanks.
