    Great content. I'm subed. I'm 190cm 108kgs and do all my strength training in a gym. I'm building my own calisthenics gym in my backyard. Most of the programs I have found are for skinny guys to eat more and build strength. I need to loose weight and build strength. What calisthenics program would you recommend/ where did you start for building fundamentals gaining that initial strength to move on to more intermediate maneuvers?

    The part about your knees really hit me hard.. I'm overweight and for a week now I've had this pain in my knees that prevents me from walking even 200m. Hopefully they will get better so I can start working out but in case they don't… are there any techniques to get your heart rate up for people with bad knees?
