Yo Brandon, I'm just turned 17 and working out for 3 months, 3 times a week. Where can I buy the protein shakes and where can I find recipes to cook good because I still live with my parents for 1 more year and they cook normal. Hey Brandon. I am 14. I weigh only 102 and am 5'7" or 5'8. I am trying to gain weight. I try to eat as much as possible. I do have a a great 6-pack with some obliques and v lines to go with it. I train pull ups every day. I do my max set which right now is 34. Then I do another set to bring my total upto 50. Occasionally I do push-ups and squats. My abs workout is total 1000 reps in 40 minutes and it's different forms of abs crunches and etc. I do that once a week cuz it takes 3-5 days to get over the soreness. I just want to get bigger biceps triceps and chest. Please help like I said I'm 102 lbs at 5'8" or a little shorter. My biceps are is think 9 inches around when I flex. My height makes them look smaller than they are. HELP A BROTHER OUT. Please make a vid addressing the younger crowd and skinnier guys like me who are ectomorphs. I can eat anything I want and don't gain any weight. Help man please
