Very informative, thanks for sharing.  Schedule regular dental checkups. The American Dental Association recommends that people of all ages visit their hygienist at least twice a year.

Do not brush across the teeth (horizontally) because it will scratch the surface of the enamel which could cause irreversible damage to the enamel!

So he went down and dipped seven times in the Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God; and his flesh was restored like the flesh of a little child, and he was clean. 2 Kings 5:14

Yes, it's okay to brush your teeth after lunch. I keep a travel brush and small tube of paste in my office because I hate having food in my teethe or bad breath after lunch. If you don't have toothbrush or paste, you can purchase chewing gum that helps with dental hygiene for those times when you cannot brush. Just ensure it has the stamp of approval from your federal dental agency (i.e. ADA – American Dental Association).

Hmm…..I wonder if you can get ripped off of brushing your teeth for about 4 minutes after every time you eat something……maybe a bit XD <—My own random comment
