I wash my hair twice a week and usually 3-4 days in between. but before every wash, I let it soak in an oil mask for an hour and then wash it out. My best tip for long hair for anyone trying to grow it out, is if your hair is very oily, try making a DIY all natural dry shampoo so that your hair can last longer throughout the week and you won't be tempted to wash it more. "dusting" aka: cutting a centimeter off of your hair or less can help damaged hair so that you are slowly but gradually cutting off split ends, but it will not make your hair grow faster. My hair is currently past my rib cage, thick at the ends, and so far doing all of those things have really helped me on my hair journey.

Also I loved this video 🙂 <3 Finally someone giving out some real hair tip advice the natural way.

love your hair.. I have a question for you, do you mainly only wash with shampoo bars? also have you ever used the conditioners in the hair color boxes.. I do believe they have silicon, I find my hair loves those conditioners? what is your take on that..

You have some great advice here and you are just gorgeous! Keep on! 🙂

I wash my hair with soap for about 2 years now, and it's really just getting better and better. I rinse it with home made apple cider vinegar, because I tried with lemon, but my hair became oily faster than with vinegar. Ialso use few drops of rosemary essential oil on scalp when the hair is still wet. It's good for circulation and consequently for gowth too 🙂 Do you use something like that?

I am sorry but I have to blow dry my hair or I will catch a cold and my head will start hurting and my mum says I have to blow dry my hair because I have very thick hair.

Not washing your hair all the time is a great tip. Avoid any sulfates. When my hair needs a boost, I cowash with a conditionner without silicones, sulfates or parabens. I suggest Live Clean, vegan, not testing on animals, 98% vegetal. I like their coconut milk one, smells awesome and hydrates your hair like a fucking beast.

How exactly do you oil your hair? I want to get into that but do you recommend only massaging it on the roots or putting it all over and then putting it in a braid? Also, how long should I keep the oil in? By the way your hair is absolutely beautiful <3
