    Wonderful video. I love the fact the both of you tried this. All the benefits mentioned in this video is accurate. I've been doing this off and on for years, and it works. Also, glad you're using real lemons because the lemon fibers contain pectin, which is awesome for the body.

    I found a different recipe:
    – 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

    – 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

    – 1 tablespoon of honey

    – 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

    – 150 ml of water
    It has the same stuff in it then in your drink but I only take one tablespoon each morning before breakfast and the rest goes in the fridge. I've been using this for two week and I can see a difference and feel it to. But my weight stays the same . I feel less bloated and more energized. But I wanna lose weight. Should I keep going or would you recommend your recipe????

    I thought any kind of honey is a no no bc of the sugar. if we are cleansing our bellies, why add the honey that sticks to your belly?   I'm a bit confused.  thank you so much for helping people like me. As in being a skeptic and stubborn to find out all the great ways of Detox, Weight Loss and Healthier bodies.  God Bless Ya'll!! <3

    Would you recommend making individual drinks ahead of time for the day? That way I could just grab a bottle of it and go? If so, would it need to be refrigerated and/or heated back up? Thanks in advance!

    I have to tell you that if you do this 30 mins before bed and 30 mins before breakfast you'll get the best results. I lost 14 lbs doing it that way in 11 days. this concoction is great!!!

    You guys got it going on, but i have found that if you do it before you eat it works better but each it 's own that's what i do first thing in the morning and at least 1/2 – to 1 hour before i eat it has help me lose weight. thank you for your video it was right on.

    I have been using this for about 2 years off and on and it does work. Your skins look brighter, your digestive system really get a good work out. One note….I use Organic raw honey.

    let me share something with you all i know its been well past two weeks since i been doing this 3 times four days a week and then just once for the three days my bp went from 140 to 131/66 then second week dropped 4 inches off waist now bp 128/ 65 feel better sleep better at night thanks guys for the video anyone dealing with weight lose bp do this i have a slimmer body

    I've been drinking this tonic for about a month now, have lost 8 lbs, I've been drinking it about 30 minutes before each meal, should I wait and drink it after my meals like you suggest, does that work better?

    Great vid but Thank God for the man or this vid would have been an hour long. I guess he knows his wife cause @1:00 he had to take the bottle from her like he knew she's going to say a speech and @1:58 he had to bust in to keep the vid going,lol

    Its a great drink and if kept up, it does work. It also helps not to eat post 8pm.  Doesn't require a diet either. Just change the times one eats and don't binge but on one day a week and cut the carbs – breads, potatoes etc.

    Along with it suppressing your appetite, it also slows the absorption of calories into your body. So I suggest drinking it before your meal, instead of after. That way if you are eating a high carb meal, your body won't take in as many calories, as if you drank it afterwards. You'll see much faster results.

    i guys, nice video.  I join you in your effort to be more healthy and loose weight.  I make the same drink every morning.. I just caution everyone to start with the Bragg Vinegar slowly, and add more as you get used to it, for a max of 2 Tablespoons.  I however, after lots of research, found out that the grocery store honey is useless because its so over processed, and the McCormick Cinnamon and sticks have hardly any cinnamon in them . I use Watkins cinnamon, but there are others and theres organic.  I use Madhava Colorado Ambrosia Raw Honey.  I hope this comment is helpful to you. I wish you both well.  Many Blessings.
