I Love Cigarettes”. Allen Carr provides has a really damn very good argument on using tobacco, it certain me (a five yr smoker) to stop chilly turkey. It has been a pair months now and I’m continue to going sturdy
Smoking cigarettes that is.,… Sorry haters and Trolls, im not going anywhere!
@SoCals Preps Just curious to know, have you smoked ever since?
Have you heard about kronofan method?? (search on google) It's the best step by step guide I ever read. It took me few weeks to completely quit smoking and I'm still wondering about myself 🙂
How they have presented the information is easy to follow, practical and truly simple.
Anything can be achieved and finally I can say, you will get what you look for if you work hard for it. Good luck!
Oh hello! Have you thought about – banfan genie stop smoking (do a google search)? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my friend got cool success with it and has stopped already.';

Tobacco companys and party stores dont deserve our money
I just ordered the book online! It's difficult for me to read books on a screen. I cannot wait to get this book! I truly hope this will make me quit! I have been smoking since I was 16-years-old, and I am now 38 years old…do the math. Also, a pack and a half a day…do the math. I am also on my 5th day of Wellbutrin to help me quit. Great video! You are honest and down to earth!
The thought of quitting smoking makes me sick!
you can do it. I did it cuz I was fed up with being a slave to it. free yourself man!
The longest I've gone was two months. I think having tried, and analyzing why I failed makes the Carr method seem immediately sensible. Thanks for the post, it gives me hope, and congrats on being smoke free for over a year.
I was gonna say take a deep breath now, I bet you cough for 10 seconds… imagin life with out that, or waking in the middle of the night to clear the shit out of your thought and lungs.. that goes away after a few weeks… its so great to breath again!
yea.. not smoking, will be 2 years come October. I cant say I don't think abou tit, but when I do , its a short instant of OOOHHH have a smoke… then its followed by , what the hell would I do that for. When I quit I was pissed off at the situation and was excited to get that monkey off my back so I only really jonesed for aBOUT A WEEK.. AMYBE ONLY 3 DAYS. sorry for the caps… hit the caps lock LOL
stay tough, after a couple weeks you will notice great things happen, take a deep breath…
Sorry to be redundant but .. Are you still not smoking, after 2 months since that comment ?
And can I ask you how long did it take you to stop "thinking" about the cigarette and missing it? Or are you still missing it ?
I quit recently and I'm still in that phase 🙁 But I'm gonna keep going cause it's worth it 🙂
yes, and I cant begin to tell you how good it feels to be free of the whole habit and being a slave to smoking.
Forget those asshole comments. I think what you did was great!!!! I have tried to quit ….lost count of how many times. The longest quit was 19 days but I thank you for the information and I WILL check it out and I WILL quit smoking. :)
okay sheesh
Just do it damn it.
OMG thank you so much! i got it and am reading it tonight until I am through the whole…sunshine shirt lol! {{{HUGS}}} If I quit you will be mine and esp my son's hero.
you can , just remember you don't need it, and why would you want it. it gets so easy after you are convinced that it isn't for you.
Thanks so much. Watching your vid led me to Allen's book. I am on day five today. No more cravings but my body is suffering physically. I am confident that I will make it. Thanks.
yes, im going on a yea and 3 months… I will never smoke again. evil stuff I tell ya lol
This book works, nice story dude, congrats man !
I can tell you it is hard to stop smoking. But I would never know because I will never smoke but I know a person that smoked that I helped stop smoking.
its been well over a year now and i have no desire to smoke, i will never smoke again. say that to yourself.you can do it, i did it, any one can!
Liked your testimonial here! Allen Carr really knows his stuff. Good luck with your smoke free life. Even tho I like & respect Allen Carr very very much I also believe that NRT is/can be helpful as all the additives/plant material has been removed from the dose. My personal "cure all" thing is creative visualization/inner light imaging, and I think that has helped me decide to stop smoking again & look up these videos today. Take Care!
Another thing: almost all smokers want to quit AND want to keep smoking! This dichotomy continues when the smoker becomes a potential quitter: he wants to quit, yet somehow still smoke. This is folly. How can anyone have both worlds? (Sometimes this leads to the “I’ll just have one or two a day” person.) Entertaining the two different ideas at the same time adds to your conflict. Choose to quit, and COMMIT to it!
Potential quitters: Part of the book is about how nicotine gives you NOTHING, so there’s nothing to truly "give up”! The other part of quitting “without willpower or withdrawal” is developing the right mindset, since 95% of the struggle is in your head! Instead of telling yourself “I want one, but I can’t have one,” and thereby feeling deprived and crazy with withdrawal, tell yourself “I CAN have one, but I don’t want one!” The distinction between the two phrases makes all the difference.
Great book. I recommend it
Good advise. Thanks bro.
I've been smoke free for almost a year and I'm so thankful to Allen Carr. One of my lungs is completely screwed up thanks to years of abuse. I'm working on healing it but the process is a long one. Lots of breathing exercises. I recommend finding a book called Ways to Better Breathing by Carola Speads. This woman knew here stuff and just left the earth a few years back at 91 or 92 years of age. She was active up to her death.
That's interesting… whenever I search I always come up with the 1999 version. It's pretty cool that you found a more recent version.
Im not sure that it was the older of the two. I looked and the publish date was in the 2000's I wouldnt have read an older one, as I did expect a change of subjective
He started Easyway in 1983. The version of the book you read was published in 1999. And, though there are some additions to the text, the method is exactly the same as it was back then. I'm glad someone recommended Easyway to you. Congrats on being free more than a year already. I hope your video inspires others who are trying to stop smoking to pick up the book (or PDF) so that they too can stop smoking the Easy Way.
