HOW TO: Detox your Physique in 1 Day!



These are some of my guidelines and methods on how I de-bloat my body immediately after consuming way too much junk food stuff! Hope they function for you way too!

Detox Smoothie:
1 Banana
1 Cup coconut drinking water
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 tbsp powdered ginger ( attempt 50 percent if you don’t want it spicy!)
two tbsp lemon juice
1-two dashes cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chia seed (optional)
1 tsp maca powder

Blend all ingredients in a blender until finally clean. Insert ice until finally wanted regularity. Enjoy!
Suggestion: I included 1 tbsp ginger and could not truly drink it! I would suggest attempting 1/two tbsp first and then include additional if you want the flavor!

    Lovely video content! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you tried – Taparton Complete Cleanse Takeover (should be on google have a look)?     if you really want to eat more chocolate then maybe make your own with coconut sugar and it is less bad for you but isn't the best all the time! also try milk and water kefir this should bost your mood and make you feel happy again!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey Amanda! This is Ananda : P ->
    *Green Tea helps Detox your body but its not recommended to drink it with no food in your stomach! so one cup of green tea after every meal will help to get read of the tox of that same meal PLUS the other tox that already are inside your body.
    *Red Tea helps your metabolism to act faster, Red tea is more recommended if you want to lose weigh because your body will process fat faster!.
    *You can also try LemonGrass tea, it helps both getting rid of tox and fat PLUS it taste so refreshing and is specially more powerful when used with lemon (like you said :3)

    Dont know what to use? try this! :
    Mix:
    *2 ltrs of Green Tea and LemonGrass Tea Water (dont leave any leafs because they can be irritating)
    *Cucumber
    *Lemon
    *Ginger (careful with that Amanda!)
    *Put some Honey in there sweetie! (but not Sugar!)
    *Optional: Add some Basil and Peppermint Tea (including the leafs) in there for a more REFRRRESHING taste!!

    NOW PUT ALL IN A BLENDER! and drink it (but not all at once!) try to make it last for all day long because you body may say "this is just too much so I will flush it at once!" easy on that :3

    Our Body Needs around 14 days to take out the main tox!! specially if you drink alcohol and smoke! (yeah… whatever you might smoke) so try the 2 WEEK DETOX CHALLENGE with this Shake.
