    Hey Vic,
    How do you keep your motivation to keep doing what you do.
    I was 74kg with 8% fat. And after i went "out" for a year i find it very hard to go back to the gym regularly. I find that i skip days easier now. And when i skip 1 day i skip the next too.
    Do you have any tips?

    Perfectly understand what you mean, I have been asking the same but I am lifting heavy now and haven't seen the gains I want to since I feel I haven't backed up my workouts with enough food. Great advice though!

    Do you soak your almonds overnight before eating them? Can it do harm if I don't? It just seems long winded at times when I want a quick snack and haven't prepared them already.
