I live in hawaii..craziest craving i ever had was poke (raw fish and soysauce with onions) and vanilla icecream..i didnt actually get to eat it..just craved it for a day. Lol

you are great man,and it is all true,but 4 liters a day? i dont think its good for you.i think 2-3 max.why do you think 4 are safe?
and also i think there is a limit of how mach protein you are alowed each day .100 is o.k,but my doc told me 200 are too much (didnt ask about the 100).dont know what is the max amount of protein for wemen per day.
