one. Sit up straight on a shoulder push physical exercise bench and place your arms on the barbell.
two. Now push the weight up above your head, keeping it there briefly.
three. Finally, lower the bar (beneath controlled movement) right until it is returned to the commencing place.
four. Repeat for 5-ten reps, relaxation, and do two-three sets total.
