Thank you for your videos. I haven't been officially diagnosed with asperger's yet but my older sister has been telling me for years that I have it. Everything you described in this video, I have the exact same issues with. I also relate, completely, to your sensory overload video. I also can't stand crowds. And I have memory issues. I have taken every online AS and AQ test multiple times and, each time, I get either a 44/50 or a 173/200 score which means I'm on the autism spectrum. I also have trouble with getting jobs. I can't seem to get past the first interview. I flinch when someone touches me without warning. I do weird things with my hands/fingers when I am nervous/anxious. I talk to myself. I don't have many friends. I keep to myself.

Yes, I love this =) And so I thought ASMR does wonders too, where i can just focus on it like forever on one fabric. A getaway from the sensory =)

Thanks for the spoon tip. I do things a similar way already for the others. One to add: when I hold a drinking glass or a jar of coffee I place my little finger underneath the base to stop it slipping through my fingers then use the rest of my hand to grip in the normal way. Far too many things ended up on the floor before I got into the habit of doing that 🙂
