CHEST: Decline,Incline Wide Grip Bench press or flat bench instead of decline if you have short arms.
Follow up with either dips or Dumbbell Flys.
BACK: Wide Grip Pull ups Weighted once they become easy, Barbell Rows, Deadlift.
SHOULDERS: Side shoulder raises, Overhead press, Rear delt raises.
BICEPS: Any two movements you feel best. I personally like Concentration curls and Incline Curls.
TRICEPS: Close grip bench press and cable pull downs or skull crushers.
LEGS. SQUAT & Calf Raises
