@ikasp3r i have the same problem ..my right arm is bigger than my left try to always use ur weaker side first when doing exercises like this that should help

@garito36 It all depends on your goal like your current routine would be ideal for getting cut not so much to build but diet is key as well. Rest is key too to get big. Try it out see what works mix and match. Good luck.

@MSotelo503 ya i was thinking that too but the thing is my legs/cardio day takes a lot out of me so I feel like the next day is a good day to rest.
@garito36 Looks good but you gone be in the gym everyday? I hate to do legs with cardio so maybe you doing light cardio? No rest in between your chest since most workout like the bench movement in corporate biceps/back might switch 2 & 4.

day 1- chest/traps. day 2- back/biceps. day 3- shoulders/triceps. day 4- legs/cardio. day 5- rest. and then day 6 is when I repeat everything.
