On their website you can watch a nice free video showing the way to pack on noteworthy lean muscle quickly while reducing body fat at the same time. Brandon and hundreds of guys with the same goal enjoyed great success using this strategy. Perhaps it will help you out as well.

    @1y9b9b what do you bench now/ routine (reps, wheight, rest between reps, bar touches chest or just 90 degrees, age, chest/bench days per week).
    5weeks Bench
    Week 1= 10reps@100lbs= 3sets
    Week 2= 10reps@100lbs= 3sets+ 1 set @110lbs x10reps or 120lbs x8reps
    Week 3= 10reps to 8reps@110lbs= 3sets
    Week 4= 10reps @110lbs= 3sets + 1set @120lbs x10reps or 130lbs x8reps
    Week 5= 10reps @120lbs= 3sets + 1set @150lbs to 6 reps!!!!
    This is all relative to your own bench (me 1st week 185lbs)

    i have a question that never seems to be answered by anyone.
    Lets say i did
    4 sets on the bench press
    and they were straight sets
    Do i have to increase the intensity of EVERY SET (like more reps or weight on every set)???

    Or lets say i pyramid or something
    i do lightest weight first, then heavier, and heavier for lets say 3 sets
    do i still need to increase the intensity of every set

    is this the best way to go
    or do i only increase the last few sets

    @nyjet2210 muscle size and muscle strength dont have to increase together at the same rate. You can make a muscle stronger whilst keeping it the same size. Just look at worlds strongest men, there muscles arent as big as bodybuilders but there muscles are stronger. Im not after advice from anybody, I just like a discussion, there was no need for you to reply to my comment let alone call me a fucking idiot, go write a book and stop argueing with me… your not my friend either.
