    there are multiple muscles on the calf ..
    would slightly keeping my toes pointing outward when doing a calf raise target more of my gastronomius (the muscle inside the calf that should shape it like a diamond) ? If not how should my feet be shaped in order to hit this muscle?

    Nice Ben! I have drop foot from my brain surgery! So, I used to do manual resistance on my Tibialis anterior a long time ago. It makes sense to dorsiflex in order to stretch the calf, and I'm a little weak in that area on my left side. I need to pay a little more attention to the position of my foot for active range of dorsiflexion.

    Cheers Ben. I struggled with calfs for years and using your calf tips from all the vids of yours I've seen has been the only tips I've found to actually get them growing. especially pointing the big toe.
