    in your opinion does it matter what body type you are? as from what i understand endomorphs will lose weight anyway with a caloric defosit but endomorphs like myself have a harder time shifting fat, i know how to increase my metabolism to compensate but i was just wondering if theres anything else i could be doing (hope that makes sense)

    Anyone use Live Strong's My Daily Plate? I've been using it for a couple of weeks to track my calories & macros & it seems to be good but I can't really be certain of how accurate it is. I tried to use FitDay but maybe I'm too slow because it's food database was lacking in my opinion & it when I would try to create a new food, it didn't do well in properly calculating the macros once I put in the weight of the foods for individual meals. JR or anyone have an opinion of My Daily Plate? Thanks

    Hi JR, on tuesdays I have two workouts, one in the morning (Hamstrings only) and one after school (Quads only).. however I don't know when it's the best time to do cardio, in the morning or after school?

    @Chrominance87 you goal is muscle – save most energy for the WEIGHTS its more intense and requires more energy for its time under tension! save cardio for post workout! i still suggest a mild warm up!

    one question regarding what you were talking about towards the end of your video, What is the difference between doing your cardio before or after your weight training? I do mine before and I make sure that my heart rate is over 130 bpm.

    @SkyeKingdoM

    very true! which is why small framed women take a long time to burn that last few fat %'s (1 kilo of body fat requires a 9000 calorie deficit)

  17. barthelfitness

    @bucketzakkdimetconn you can use it for its awesome ingredients and its natural energy benefits – now its not going to magically stop you from storing fat -but i do suggest it in a bulk – its a great well being as its all natural!
