It takes a lot to share in the belief that someone gains hope from your experiences. You guys are the best. I might be binge watching a little bit since I just found out about the Three Musketeers (LP, Brian, and John David). I found Chelsea Lifts first for female weight lifting motivation and its lead me to you Guys as well.

I grew up very similarly… monday tuesday at one house, wednesday thursday at the other house, friday, saturday, sunday at house one. And that alternated every week. It totally sucked as my parents lived 45 mins away from each other so i missed out on a lot of stuff as a kid having to go back and forth constantly. All my friends lived on my dads side of town lol i had no friends at my moms.

I completely agree with you guys saying hard times makes you stronger. The stuff I went through in the past sculpted me into who I am today, and I like to believe that's a good thing. :D

Wow! This was really awesome to listen to. LP & I have even more in common than I thought! I appreciate you opening up about your experiences buddy. Always helps to know you aren't/haven't been alone in the struggle! See you gentlemen in Ohio. <3

I don’t know what to do, if I’m not using my time to hate mysel I used to be horribly insecure. I’m sure most girls are insecure at one point or another, and I’m not trying to say that I never have moments where I lack self-confidence. But five years ago, I remember often sobbing hysterically because I hated myself so much. I spent the entire time convinced that everyone in my life secretly hated me and more importantly, should hate me. I was too ugly to even be worthy of friendships. I did not trust any of my friends because why would they want to be friends with me?

It is a major factor into why I developed my eating disorder. Why I used to drink too much, and why I always craved attention.. Thing is, when you’re that self-loathing, you punish yourself. You can’t help it. I punished myself all the time. I didn’t take care of myself the right way..

I started going to therapy.. At first I was talking about so many random things I had no idea if I was even making sense. I even gave myself a hard time about going to therapy.. “You are so fucked up that you need therapy, Other people don’t need it”… “What makes your life so important that you get to go all “me, me, me??”… When in reality a lot of people go to therapy, and a hell of a lot more people should! It is good to be self-aware.. It is totally okay to be all “Me, me, me”.. It’s my life after all..

I overcame the eating disorder with the help therapy, my then partner and online friends.. That lead to me doing a Personal Training course so I could help others be fit and healthy, hopefully helping to decrease eating disorders..

There I met a wonderful friend.. Together we battled the fear of teaching a dance class to 13 people, with two examiners marking us.. Not only did I teach the class but I passed the course with a distinction… I COULD NOT believe I did that.. ME! The girl who was too afraid to do a presentation in CIT and took a -10% overall exam result for not doing it.. I also got 90%+ in Nutrition and First Aid courses, because I chose to believe in myself..

Next came Wrestling Class… Where I finally figured out, I’m actually okay in social groups… I made many wonderful friends. I know that I’m not the societal ideal, far from it. There are definitely people in the world who do not think I am beautiful or attractive. There are people out there who probably think I’m annoying and ugly. But that’s okay. I don’t need the entire world to think that. I’ve come across plenty of people in the world who think I’m interesting and like the way I look, and, most importantly, I like myself. In fact, I think I’m awesome!

I don’t hate myself anymore.. I suddenly have all this time and energy and I have no idea what to do with it..

you guys truly are 2 great people you do so much to help the others around you. It had to take a lot out of LP to talk about things like this but it brings us closer to you 2. you both are very insperational people thank you so much.

You two are the best! Lots of respect to LP for opening up, without knowing stuff like this can really help others get through rough times

Thanks for opening up with us.
About the moving part I sort of kind of experience the same thing except that it's all because of my dad's job, we're always moving from country to country. Like you said you're just never comfortable in one place, and never settle

Best video I've seen in a long time. Great job guys. Thanks for opening up LP. Just curious, what's the age difference between you two?
